Itâs been a rough couple of years!

So with the pandemic, us all being in lockdown not being certain of whether weâre going back to work being worried about our love ones been isolated from each other. I think this year should be a get filled with interacting with the ones we love.
Filled with going to visit each other instead of sending a direct message on Instagram or a snap on Snapchat I think this year we should pick ourselves up get in your car, get in your taxis, get on the bikes, go visit the ones you love.
I know some families have a lot of distance some people canât see their friends or family members so instead of messaging & sending text why not try to write a letter, send it in the post why not video call, while sharing some stories of past memories times that make you smile of things that you love about each other. Speak about the things that keep you bonded even while there is distance at play.
Sharing stories of things you have accomplished while you havenât seen each other you could have a little gathering on video call cook your favourite meal together get the ingredients plan the day that youâre all going to cook.
Guess what while youâre both on video call or youâre all on video have the meal together even though youâre not in the same room your still interacting while creating new moments, new memories with your loved ones even thought their far away. đĽ°

Here you will find some tips and some home remedies to help you relax, DIY tips of things to make with your families.
Yes itâs good to exfoliate while purifying our skins, face mask offer a lot of benefits each different mask has itâs own added benefits obviously with something like a yoghurt mask it would add some moisture while providing elasticity for your skin. Yes why not make some different Mask at home or practice your own blend.

You can make this yourself if youâre lactose intolerant or have any dairy intolerance then use dairy free yoghurt when making this face mask at home Follow this link so you can a recipe to make your own yoghurt face mask get your children involved substitute any ingredient thatâs not suitable for your families.
Letâs love our feet, try making a foot scrub as well Google or YouTube these sites are perfect for finding information on DIY relaxing products. These are products/ practices that you can make at home and you can try with your whole family.
Iâve been using the footwork collection from Avon the one am using is a lavender foot scrub that has these little scrubbing particles itâs good for exfoliating and for taking away dry skin from our feet.

I apply this to my girls feet in A thin layer however I donât Rub the mask, I just put some socks on their feet so that Iâm not taking away any skin so theyâre participating however no harm or damage is caused to the skin of their feet all relaxation no exfoliating as children do NOT need exfoliation or layers of their SKINS REMOVED!
Cozy Nights Inâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Yes we can go out, normally this time of the year everyoneâs planning the next party where we going whatâs the name of the new place trending. I think sometime in is well overdue especially with all the restrictions that weâve all abided by, no one telling us how many people we can have at family gatherings weâre able to sit with our love ones, eat, drink letâs be merry.
Movie night with a difference why not plan night to watch movies with your friends, your Childrenâs friends along with family. A night where they come round in their pyjamas everyone cuddles up with your favourite snacks you all have a movie night sleep over.
If you want to make the night more special you can start by serving special starters have some small entrĂŠes of food throughout the evening. Then get the movies on in one room some games going on in the background in another room. Transform one room into a sensory room where thereâs a Fog and smoke machine you can find these cheap on Amazon less than ÂŁ50 or you can splash out if you want. Choose the entertainment to your specific needs.

Yes I want everyone to be having fun It will be a night to remember, you donât have to do a movie night, try a disco night, games night plan your special cosy night in tailored to you, your families and your friends include the children.
Donât be discouraged if your single plan a night in with your friends, families the people who you generally care about remember have fun. Try all the tips Iâve shared not just at this time but all year round Single or not!!
Iâm really appreciative of you taking the time to read my blog, thank you all for your engagement I love you. Please stay safe at this time of the year be vigilant be mindful remember to share kindness love and understanding wherever you go.

P.s itâs not how many people you know itâs not the number of friends you have what is important is the quality of the relationships we all have with each other. Xoxo đ
