A lot to take in
Let’s be honest at present there is a lot happening with the pandemic, work, schools and most of our local amities closed. The new normal takes adjustment for us all, so while we have protest and children and families being left in a mess without food or protection from abuse. I want to take the time to say well done on being strong. Mental ill health is not something spoken about all the time. If you are feeling low in mood, stressed, lonely or anxious please speak to someone.

Take Time for you

I love spending time with with my family, taking time to appreciate what we have and the time we are gifted each day. My babies are my world you would have heard countless others say but It’s and underestimated statement.
What I learnt in 2020
Appreciate life. To take time for me. To pause an rearrange, reprioritise. It was not all bad we got time for us.
