Monday there ain’t no blues to chase away. How do we get from “I hate Monday’s”, to “I love Monday’s”.
When you wake up before you do anything just take a moment to say “Good Morning” to you. Tell yourself it’s Going to be a great day, because it’s Monday. Set clear goals for the week ahead.
Fresh Start
Monday marks the beginning of a new week. It’s a gift like a new coat or some new shoes. So treasure it and seize the opportunity to accomplish more than you did last week. Set your self new goals, challenge yourself to finish all incomplete projects.

Personal development and emotional transformation takes time. Slow progress is better than none at all, so I think of what I have accomplished and my strengths rather than what I am crap at. My cup is always half full never half empty. Light exercises can help with giving more energy while promoting positive mental health.
Exercise is Stress Relief

No you do not have to Jog, walk or run for hours just a walk up and down your garden 10mins per day. Would be beneficial to your emotional state of mind you will notice the improvements over time.
When active this will get your heart rate up this is good for our physical health, at the same time you get fresh air and time to think.

So why do I love Monday’s because it’s the start of a new journey. A new day a new week.
